Gao Xingfu, Vice Governor of Zhejiang Province and His Parties Comes to Windey for Inspection

On March 5, Gao Xingfu, Vice Governor of Zhejiang Province, Dong Guibo, Deputy Secretary-General and the Primary Inspector of Zhejiang Provincial Government, Du Huahong, Primary Inspector of the Economy and Information Technology Department of Zhejiang, Li Yong, Secondary Inspector of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the Director-General of Zhejiang Provincial  Bureau of Foreign Experts, and Liu Shanghai, Deputy Director-General of State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administrative Commission of the People’s Government of Zhejiang Province, and member of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee,and other leaders came to Windey’s R&D Center in Linping of Hangzhou for inspection. Xie Ping, Secretary of the Party committee and Chairman of Windey and Yang Zhenyu, General Manage of Windey, accompanied the visit.

During the inspection, Gao Xingfu and his parties went to the workshop of the center and key laboratories of wind turbine system to learn about the situation of market deployment, innovative research, purchase of spare parts and assembly techniques. They also learned the business operations and the 14th Five-Year Plan through the report made by Gao Ling, General Manager of Windey. 

Yang Zhenyu made a detailed introduction of the efforts made in fostering Windey’s independent innovation capability, building platform for scientific research innovation and constructing talents team. 

On behalf of the Group, Xie Ping expressed the gratitude for the care and support to the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and the Zhejiang Provincial Government and gave a warm welcome to the arrival of Gao Xingfu and his parties. Xie Ping remarked that the Group would continuously back up Windey to intensify technological innovation, market expansion, industry upgrading, and help Windey to be more competitive.

Gao Xingfu highly approved of the achievements Windey had made, commenting that as the largest provincial manufacturing enterprise, Windey should strengthen the top-level design and create more high-level and distinctive scientific research platforms; Windey should also undertake the responsibility of building the brand of “Zhejiang manufacturing”, so as to make more contribution to the implementation of Carbon Neutrality strategy and lead coordinate development of industrial chain of wind power sector of Zhejiang Province. Gao Xingfu also pointed out that enterprises should advance fast and high-quality development by innovation, talent reserve and market expansion; and the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and the Zhejiang Provincial Government should constantly provide services in terms of policy, resources and talent support, so as to creat a better business environment for enterprises. 

In addition, the personnel of the administrative office and the heads of relevant departments of Windey participated in the inspection.
